Threadbare Thursday

Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow,
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day,

        For those readers not into the Eagles, their reference to “Old Billy” is in their song “Get Over It”. The lyric in reference to someone filing a lawsuit is this: “The more I think about it, Old Billy was right, let’s kill all of the lawyers, and kill them tonight.” From Shakespeare’s Henry VI, Part 2, Act IV, Scene 2 where “Dick the Butcher” says, “The first thing we do is kill all of the lawyers.” Obviously, some rock and roll singers are well read.
